This award recognizes the management company that has demonstrated exceptional commitment to positively impacting Arizona communities through collaborative teamwork and community involvement.
The Housing Heroes Award was presented at the 32nd annual AMA Tribute Awards on Friday, August 9th. MC Residential was recognized for its company-wide, annual MC Volunteer Day. Every year, all corporate and community offices are closed on a designated day so that team members can spend the entire day together assisting those in need. MC organizes Volunteer Day activities for all its employees throughout Arizona, Texas, and Nevada. The AMA evaluated submissions based on team participation, volunteer hours, and the specific impact on a local Arizona community.

In addition to the Housing Heroes award, MC Residential Employees Kaelyn Dodds and Ciara Hufford were recognized for their outstanding contributions to the industry. Kaelyn Dodds was named Leasing Consultant of the Year for her exceptional performance at The Place at Forest Ridge, while Ciara Hufford received the Community Manager of the Year (outside of the Valley) award for her outstanding work at the same property. MC Residential team members and its communities were nominated as finalists for 8 awards.
